Menopause Mugs provides premium products with access to daily digital messages via a QR code printed on the mug. Your purchase includes 365 days of unique daily messages starting from the date of your first QR code scan. Each day delivers a new message of support, practical guidance, or humor related to the menopause experience.

After your 365-day service period concludes, daily messages will cycle back to Day 1. This allows you to revisit favorites or share the mug with someone beginning their own journey. Your ceramic mug remains fully functional as a high-quality drinking vessel regardless of the digital message service status.

2. Purchase Terms

MenopauseMugs is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, hidden fees, or automatic renewals associated with this product. The total price displayed at checkout is the complete cost of your mug and 365-day message service.

3. Technical Requirements

To access daily messages, you need a smartphone with a camera capable of scanning QR codes and an active internet connection. Most modern smartphones (iPhone and Android) can scan QR codes directly through the built-in camera app. No additional app download is required. Messages are delivered through a mobile-optimized web page – no account creation or login is necessary.

4. Service Availability & Limitations

Digital message access is dependent on MenopauseMugs’ continued business operations and technical infrastructure. While we are committed to providing reliable, uninterrupted service throughout your 365-day period, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the unlikely event of any material change to or discontinuation of the message service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to our customers.

5. No Medical Advice

All daily messages provide general wellness information, emotional support, and humor only. Nothing in any Menopause Mugs message constitutes medical advice. Messages should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, symptoms, and treatment options. We make no medical claims or warranties of any kind. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All message content, mug designs, logos, and related materials are owned by MenopauseMugs or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view daily messages for your own use. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use of our content is prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MenopauseMugs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of the product or digital message service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, emotional distress, or reliance on message content. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service with reasonable notice. For material changes that affect your rights or the services you purchased, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice via the QR code landing page or other reasonable means. Continued use of the message service after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of MenopauseMugs products and services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.

When You Make a Purchase: When you purchase a MenopauseMug through a third-party platform (Etsy, TikTok Shop) or our website, the platform or payment processor collects standard order information (name, shipping address, payment details) necessary to fulfill your order. MenopauseMugs does not store credit card or payment information directly.

Customer Support: If you contact us for support, we retain your email address and correspondence to resolve your inquiry. This information is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Refund & Return Policy

Unopened Mugs

Menopause Mugs cannot accept returns of unopened products.

Opened Mugs

Opened mugs may be returned within 30 days of purchase if defective (e.g., cracked, chipped, QR code not scanning). Because each mug includes access to digital QR content, returns are only accepted for unused items or manufacturing defects. Non-defective opened mugs are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise indicated in the Platform Specific section below.

Digital Message Service

The digital message service is non-refundable after the first QR code scan, as the digital content has been accessed and delivery has commenced. This is clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase.

Defective Products

If your Menopause Mug arrives damaged, defective, or with a non-functional QR code, Menopause Mugs will provide a full replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@menopausemugs.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will only be processed after Menopause Mugs receives the return.
